Durango Party Rental is very excited to announce our “Day of” services for Weddings and Special Events. Read on and learn how DPR can make your special day even better by relieving you of the stress and anxiety and allowing you to enjoy the moment with your family and friends.
(The following outline summarizes all assistance included in the Day-Of Coordination)
Before the wedding:
- A consultation for you, as the couple, to get to know us, the coordinators. This consultation also gives us a chance to review your wedding details.
- Site Evaluation and walk-through.
- Confirm details with individual vendors.
- E-mail and phone contact (up to twice per week).
- Three face to face consultations (one after the signing of the contract, one month prior to the event, and one week prior to the event)
- Create a timeline for the ceremony and reception and distribute to all vendors and bridal party.
- Attend and direct the rehearsal (two hour time allowance, includes travel time).
Ceremony:
- Greet all vendors upon arrival of the ceremony and reception site as the point of reference
- Oversee set up of ceremony location by vendor staff.
- Assist with decoration of ceremony as needed (subject to time constraints).
- Provide a "Bridal Emergency Kit" for the day.
- Pin on boutonnières and distribute wedding party bouquets.
- Greet and direct guests.
- Coordinate with officiant and musicians; lining-up bridal party and family for processional.
- Coordinate transportation of the gifts and any miscellaneous items, within reason, from the ceremony to reception site.
Reception:
- Oversee set up of all tables, chairs, linens, china, lights, and tents provided by Durango Party Rental or other vendors per contract.
- Oversee decoration of reception as needed (subject to time constraints).
- Distribute all personal items collected at Rehearsal (cake knife/server, champagne flutes, guest book, pictures etc.)
- Set out place cards, guest book and programs
- Greet and direct guests
- Manage timeline for all events and vendors.
- Cue you (the Bride and Groom) as well as entire bridal party for introductions, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, send off .
- Coordinate with the DJ or band on music timing and act as MC, if needed.
- Deliver all payments and gratuities to wedding vendors and professionals.
- Ensure gifts as well as any other personal items (cake knife/server, champagne flutes, guest book.) arrive at their designated "after wedding" location.
- Ensure all is cleaned up and rentals returned as per bridal contracts.
All of the above services are offered for the price of $1125.
